We had our Davis Re-union in Toquerville again this year. It was a 1 day event, and enjoyed by all. Mom didn't want to go, but we drug Dad along with us. We all enjoyed the visiting and food, but not the heat! We used to do a Labor Day camping re-union, but as some have gotten older with health issues, they have gone to a day visit. I think we will push for October or November next year...as it is still very hot in Dixie in September...100+!

Family
Life...
Life is not how many breaths you take, but how many moments take your breath away!
Our small pleasures!
Sometimes it's the smallest things that take up the most room in your heart!

Love
Love is not written on paper, for paper can be erased, nor is it etched in stone, for stone can be broken. But it is inscribed on a heart-and there it shall remain forever.
Words to Live By:
Live Simply... Love Generously... Care Deeply... Speak Kindly. Leave the rest to God.

In the Beginning
My Forever Valentine
Love is long, quiet walks, holding hands, and warm, cozy hugs that make you feel so wanted and so safe, a secret told and a secret kept.
Love is a certain smile meant for one person in the whole world, a lingering glance before "good-bye", and a kiss that needs no words.
Love is the freedom to be yourself with another person and a million simple acts of caring that happen day after day.
And when two people are very, very lucky, like us... Love is Forever!
Dance
Dance like Nobody's Watching!
Anyone who says sunshine brings happiness...has never danced in the rain.
Can I have this dance for the rest of my life?
Dance in the rain!
Live
Live in the present, and make it so beautiful that it will be worth remembering.
I was born in Virginia, and mostly raised in Utah. We lived in W. Virginia for 5 years after I was born (dad's family is there) then came west nearer to mom's family. The best years I can remember are the growing up years in Panguitch, Utah. When I was in 7th grade, we moved to Orange County,California. We lived in quite a few different places through my teen years. I never did fit in...and never liked it. Shortly after moving back to Utah, my parents divorced (1971). It was a tough time. I met Lloyd in 1972, and the rest is history!
